SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Huggy Haven (operated by B&N CO PTY LTD). We are committed to delivering your decorative cushions, plush toys, and cushion covers quickly, safely, and efficiently.

This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and terms for domestic (Australia) and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.
High-demand periods, sales events, or holiday seasons may cause slight processing delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Australia)

We ship to addresses across Australia using reputable carriers (such as Australia Post and local courier services).

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times to remote or regional areas (including regional Tasmania, Western Australia, and Northern Territory) may take slightly longer.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and total package weight.

Estimated International Delivery Time: 7 to 20 business days (depending on destination).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and customs clearing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping fees. B&N CO PTY LTD is not responsible for delays caused by local customs agencies.

4. Order Packaging & Bulk Orders

Vacuum Packaging: To keep shipping costs reasonable and protect your products, items such as plush toys and cushion inserts may be vacuum-sealed for transport. Upon opening, gently fluff or reshape the item; it will return to its full size within 24 to 48 hours.
Multiple Packages: Large orders containing multiple cushions or toys may be split into separate parcels to prevent transit damage. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
Unclaimed Packages: If a parcel is returned as unclaimed or refused, shipping costs will not be refunded.

7. Damaged or Lost Items in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or if you suspect it has been lost in transit:

Damaged Packaging/Goods: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If items are damaged, take clear photos of the damage and outer packaging, and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
Lost Parcels: If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please notify us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.
